Hi, I am a recent PhD. graduate from the Engineering Mechanics Program at Virginia Tech. Earned M.Sc. and B.Sc. from Aerospace Engineering Department, Cairo University. Interested in studying reduced order modeling of unsteady aerodynamics and nonlinear dynamical systems, and optimal control techniques. Designed and developed autonomous tailless mini unmanned aerial-vehicle in undergraduate senior project. Co-founded a startup that aimed at providing affordable unmanned aerial systems for monitoring and control of car traffic across Cairo, Egypt. Also, experienced in wind tunnel experimental measurements, programming and CAD.
